AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.*
EDMONDS* WASHINGTONZ BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASS-
IFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM PUBLIC USE TO
MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY (RMH) PURSUANT
TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 293.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 293 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended.' -zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general wel-
fare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSO WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification of the following described property from public
use to multiple residential high density (RMH), all situate
in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washing-
ton:
Lots 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and the East 15 feet of
Lot 29, Block 121, City of Edmonds, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Volume 2, Page 39, records
of Snohomish County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map
of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
