AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAPV
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASS-
IFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM "HOSPITAL" TO
MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY (RML) PURSUANT
TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 294
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 294 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general wel-
fare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSO WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification of the following described property from
"Hospital"to Multiple Residential Low Density (RML), all
situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of
Washington:
Tracts 25 and 26 and the North 1/2 of Tracts 27 and
28, Solner's Five Acre Tracts, together with vacated
216th Street S. W. adjoining thereto.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map
of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
