ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 12.14.065(3)(A) OF THE EDMONDS
CITY CODE AND EXTENDING THE PERIOD IN WHICH
REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS MUST BE INSTALLED OR BOND
SUBMITTED FOR A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT,
PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 581
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 581, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington,
called a public hearing and during this hearing having
determined it to be in the best interests of the public
health, safety and general welfare to amend the Edmonds
Zoning Ordinance as set forth below and having determined
that there will be no significant adverse environmental
impacts, all in accordance with Planning Commission Resolution
No. 581, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 12.14.065(3)(A) of the Edmonds City Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"A. Approval by the City Council at the design
review shall enable the applicant to prepare the
final development plan. Within one year after the
design approval by the City Council, the applicant
shall file with the Public Works Department such
