AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING'TON,
AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF ECDC 10.40.020(D)(5)
RELATING TO THE MEETINGS OF THE Pi,ANNING ADVISORY
BOARD WITH THE CITY COUNCIL AND ESTABLISHING 4
TIME WHEN THE SAME SHAL, BECOME EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. ECDC 10.40.020 Planning Board (D), (D)
OPeratlon, Paragraph 5 is hereby amended t_ read as follows:
10.40.020 Planning Board.
D. Operation.
(5) The City Cour.c_: shall meet per_odically with the
Planning Board at a City Cot.ncil meeting in order
to review and update P1ann:.ig Board Agendas. The
intent of this section is to stimulate continuing
communication between, the Mayor, City Council and
the Planning Board it an effort to _dentify and
solve the problems facing the City of Edmonds.
!nothing herein shall be construed to limit the
manner in which items are placed on a Planning
Board agenda nor the topics that may be considered
b. the Planning Board.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power
specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect `ive (5) days after
passage and publication of the attached summary which is hereby
approved.
