ORDINANCE NO. 2352
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 8.64.065 BY
THE ADDITION OF A NEW PARAGRAPH 14 LIMITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF CASPERS STREET, AND
FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, a pedestrian walkway has been established on
the south side of Caspers Street thereby limiting already
restricted parking; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds it to be in the public
interest to restrict parking on the north side of Caspers Street
in order to provide for reasonable turn over and other needs
appropriate to the residential area; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.64.065, SCHEDULE VI -A --PARKING
TIME LIMITED FOR CERTAIN PERIODS OF TIME ON CERTAIN STREETS is
hereby amended by the addition of a new paragraph 14 to read as
follows:

14. Caspers Street from
Third Avenue to Sunset

Three hours maximum
between the hours of
six a.m. to eight p.m.,
except Sundays and
public holidays.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a
power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after
passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title.
