ORDINANCE NO. 2919
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING SUBSECTION
2 0.9 0.010 (B) (1) (a) (2 ) OF THE EDMONDS COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CODE; AND FIXING A DATE WHEN THE
SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds is a noncharter code city
organized and existing under the provisions of Title 35A of the
Revised Code of Washington, and
WHEREAS, the City Council formerly enacted Subsection
20.90.010(B)(1) (a) (2) of the Edmonds Community Development Code
(ECDC) and the City Council now wishes to amend this subsection in
order to provide for a new radius with respect to mailed notice,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. ECDC Subsection 20.90.010(B)(1)(a)(2) is
hereby amended to read as follows:
20.90.010 NOTICE
B (1) (a) (2 ) Owners, as shown on the records of the County
Assessor, and to street addresses of property
located within three hundred (300) feet (except
in the case of Group Homes, see Chapter 20.18)
of the property involved in the proposal.
Section 2. Severability. If any section, sentence,
clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held to be invalid or
unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such

0
invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or
constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase
of this ordinance.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an
administrative action, is not subject to referendum and shall take
effect five (5) days after publication.
