ORDINANCE NO. 2921
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING SUBSECTION
16.60.020(A) (2) OF THE EDMONDS COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CODE; AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE
SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds is a noncharter code city
organized and existing under the provisions, of Title 35A of the
Revised Code of Washington, and
WHEREAS, the City Council formerly enacted Edmonds
Community Development Code (ECDC) Section 16.60.020, Site
Development Standards, and the City Council now desires to amend
subsection (A) of that section, "Table," in order to provide a
reference to ECDC Chapter 20.12, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON; DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. ECDC Subsection 16.60.020(A) (2) is hereby
amended to read as follows:
16.60.020 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
A. Table.

2 Street setback area shall be fully landscaped as
required by the Architectural Design Review Board in
accordance with Chapters 20.10 and 20.12.
Section 2. Severability. If any section, sentence,
clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held to be invalid or
unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such

invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or
constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase
of this ordinance.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an
administrative action, is not subject to referendum and shall take
effect five (5) days after publication.
