ORDINANCE NO. 2699
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR THE SIGNING OF CERTAIN PARKING
SPACES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY TO LIMIT SUCH PARKING
TO ONE -HOUR PERIODS AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE
SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 8.48 of the Edmonds City Code is
hereby amended to include a new Section 8.48.175, limiting
parking time on certain public property, to read as follows:
Section 8.48.175. When parking signs are
erected giving notice thereof, no person shall
park a vehicle for a period of time longer than
one hour at the following listed public property
within the City:
Public property adjacent to the West side of
the area known as Olympic View Drive, at
18200 Olympic View Drive.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a
power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after
passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title.
