KCH/klt 06/19/89 ORDINANCE NO. 2723 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AMENDING EDMONDS CITY CODE SECTION 8.64.065 IN ORDER TO LIMIT PARKING TO THREE (3) HOURS ON THIRD AVENUE SOUTH ON BOTH SIDES FROM ALDER TO WALNUT, EFFECTIVE FROM 6:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Edmonds City Code Section 8.64.065 is hereby amended to add new subparagraph 13 read as follows: 8.64.065 SCHEULE VI -A - PARKING TIME LIMITED FOR CERTAIN PERIODS OF TIME ON CERTAIN STREETS. 13. Third Avenue South, on Three hours maximum both sides, from Alder between the hours of six to Walnut a.m. to six p.m., Monday through Friday. Section 2. This ordinance, being an administrative action, is not subject to referendum and shall take effect five (5) days after this ordinance or a summary thereof consisting of the title is published.
