ORDINANCE NO. 2742
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 8.64.065 ESTABLISHING PARKING
LIMITATIONS TO ADD A NEW SUBSECTION 13 LIMITING
PARKING ON SECOND AVENUE TO THREE HOURS BETWEEN
THE HOURS OF 6:00 A.M. AND 8:00 P.M., AND FIXING
A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.64.065 of the Edmonds City Code
is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection 13,
limiting parking on Second Avenue to a maximum of three hours, to
read as follows:
8.64.065 SCHEDULE VI -A PARKING TIME LIMITED
FOR CERTAIN PERIODS OF TIME ON CERTAIN
STREETS.
13. 2nd Avenue, both Three hour maximum,
sides, between between the hours of
Edmonds and Casper six a.m. to eight
p.m., except Sundays
and public holidays
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power
specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after
passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title.
