AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 8.64.030 OF
THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO PROHIBIT PARKING AT ALL
TIMES ON A PORTION OF 76TH AVENUE WEST, AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Edmonds City Code Section 8.64.030 is
hereby amended by the addition of a new subparagraph 27 to read
as follows:
8.64.030 SCHEDULE III --PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
27. West side of 76th Avenue West from the
intersection of 208th Street S.W. north
for a distance of two hundred twenty-five
(225) feet.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a
power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after
passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title.
