ORDINANCE NO. 2770
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 8.64.030 BY
AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH 14 RELATING TO NO PARKING
ZONES ON 76TH AVENUE WEST TO PROHIBIT PARKING
BETWEEN 206TH STREET S.W. AND 208TH STREET S.W.
AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Edmonds City Code, Section 8.64.030,
SCHEDULE III --PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS,
and subparagraph 14 thereof relating to 76th Avenue West are
hereby amended to read as follows:
8.64.030 SCHEDULE III --PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
14. 76th Avenue West on the West side from
206th Street S.W. to 208th Street S.W.;
on both sides from 208th Street S.W. to
218th Street S.W.; on both sides from 150
feet north of 220th Street S.W. to 150
feet south of 220th Street S.W. and on
both sides from 150 feet north of 224th
Street S.W. to 224th Street S.W.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a
power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after

passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title.
