ORDINANCE NO. 2780
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF 8.64.060(2) TO ADJUST
THE LIMITED PARKING ZONE ON BELL STREET AND
FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 8.64.060(2) SCHEDULE VI --
PARKING LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS is hereby amended to read as
follows:
8.64.060 SCHEDULE VI --PARKING LIMITED ON
CERTAIN STREETS
2. South side of Bell Street from the
westerly curb of Sixth Avenue to 230 feet
west of Sixth Avenue.
Section 2. This ordinance, being an exercise of a
power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not
subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after
passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title.
