ORDINANCE NO. 2790
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 8.64.060 OF THE EDMONDS
MUNICIPAL CODE TO LIMIT PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF
FOURTH STREET FROM WALNUT TO DAYTON, AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 8.64.060(11) is amended to read
as follows:
8.64.060 Schedule VI -Parking Limited on
Certain Streets. In accordance with Section
8.48.160, and when signs are erected giving
notice thereof, no person shall park a
vehicle for a period of time longer than
three (3) hours between the hours of 8:00 am
and 6:00 pm of any day except Sundays and
public holidays within the district or upon
any of the streets as follows:
11. Both sides of Fourth Avenue from Walnut
to Dayton.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the
official newspaper of the City, and shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days after publication.
