ORDINANCE NO. 3503
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 7023 AND 7025 174TH STREET SW FROM
SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS -20) TO (RS -12), AND
FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, the applicant Larry D. Deisher, has applied to rezone certain real
property located at 7023 and 7025 174th Street SW, Edmonds, Washington, more particularly
described in File No. R- 04 -18; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the report of it Planning Board
recommending approval of the rezone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopts the recommended findings and conclusions
of its Planning Advisory Board finding that the rezone of the site of approximately 28,315 square
feet is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and zoning ordinance, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A proposed rezone of certain property located at 7023 and 7025 174'
Street SW, Edmonds, Washington, consisting of 28,315 square feet and legally described on the
attached Exhibit A incorporated by this reference as fully as if herein set forth, as well as in
Planning File No. R -04 -18 is hereby approved, rezoning said tract from RS -20 to RS -12.

Section 2. The Development Services Director is hereby authorized to amend the
City's zoning map to reflect this change.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifi-
cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect
five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
title.
