AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND PRD
OF STEINMAN'S MEADOWDALE ESTATES, FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 69TH PL. W. AND 172ND ST SW,
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN
THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat and PRD approval was given to Steinman's
Meadowdale Estates, on March 25, 2002, and
WHEREAS, based upon the City Council's decision, incorporating the
recommendations of staff, the Council concludes that all conditions of the final plat approval
have been met, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A 12 -lot final plat and PRD known as Steinman's Meadowdale
Estates located at 69th Pl. W. and 172 °a St. SW, Edmonds, Washington, are hereby finally
approved. The subject site is legally described on the attached Exhibit A, incorporated as fully
as if herein set forth. The site is zoned single family residential (RS -20) and such approval is
given in accordance with the City Council's decision on the Preliminary Plat and PRD,
incorporated by this reference as fully as herein set forth and adopted as the findings and
conclusions of the City Council. The applicant is Merle Steinman Sr., and the application filed
in File Nos. PRD -02 -40 and P- 02 -93.

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to record, at the expense of the
applicant, said Plat and PRD approvals, in accordance with the ordinances of the City of
Edmonds.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifi-
cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect
five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
title.
