ORDINANCE NO. 3585
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING AMENDED FIGURE 18 -1 TO
ORDINANCE NO. 3121, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE
SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3121 adopted in 1996 established new parking
requirements; and
WHEREAS, such changes referenced a table, Figure 18 -1; and
WHEREAS, the amended table was not adopted to appropriately reflect the
changes in the code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to clarify the existing requirements by the
adoption of the following provisions; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The attached Exhibit A representing Figure 18 -1 is hereby amended
and adopted in the form set forth in the attached Exhibit A. This amendment is in clarification of
the parking requirements previously adopted and not an amendment thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifi-
cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect
five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
title.
