AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, DECLARING THAT THE PURPOSE FOR
WHICH FUND 230 WAS CREATED IS NO LONGER
REQUIRED, AUTHORIZING CLOSURE OF SUCH FUND,
AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, Fund 230 was created for the purpose of paying principal and
interest on the 2001 LTGO Bond issue; and
WHEREAS, the funds appropriated for that purpose are now being expended
from the General Fund; and
THEREFORE,
WHEREAS, the City Council therefore wishes to close the Fund; NOW,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. A fund known as the LTGO Bond Debt Service Fund is hereby
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifi-
cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect
five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
title.
