AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, DECLARING THAT THE PURPOSE FOR
WHICH FUND 326 WAS CREATED HAS BEEN FULFILLED,
AUTHORIZING CLOSURE OF SUCH FUND, AND FIXING A
TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, Fund 326 was created for the purpose of Constructing Public Safety
WHEREAS, the funds appropriated for that purpose have been fully expended
and surplus funds of $147,170 were transferred to the Building Maintenance Fund in the 2005
Final Budget Amending Ordinance 3578; and
THEREFORE,
WHEREAS, the City Council therefore wishes to close the Fund 326; NOW,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
hereby closed.
Section 1. A fund known as the Public Safety Building Construction Fund is

cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect
five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
