ORDINANCE NO. 3732
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 3621 SECTION 2 TO ADD UP TO FIVE
ADDITIONAL SITES TO THE RIGHT OF WAY USE
PRIVILEGES GRANTED PURSUANT TO THE ORDINANCE,
AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds pursuant to Ordinance No. 3621 granted to T-
Mobile West Corporation a right of way use permit to install certain communication facilities
within the right of way and fixing compensation therefore; and
WHEREAS, the permittee wishes to add up to five additional sites; and
WHEREAS, the permission granted relates to small scale cabinets and other
facilities and excludes poles, towers and other support structures, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3621, Section 2 thereof, is hereby amended to add the
following provisions:
The public works director may administratively approve up to five
sites through the grant of a Construction Right of Way use permit,
as described in Ordinance No. 3621. Such new site(s) shall be
subject to all terms, conditions and requirements contained in
Ordinance No. 3 62 1.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifi-
cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect

five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
title.
