Section 2. The two parcels located at 9511 and 9513 Edmonds Way, Edmond]
Washington and legally described on the attached topographic survey dated March 11, 2040

SectLon 3. The Community Services Director or his designee is hereby
authorized and directed to make appropriate amendments to the Edmonds Zoning Map in order
to properly designate the rezoned property as RM-1.5 pursuant to Section 2 of this ordinance.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power spec-
cally delegated to the City legislative body, is not sul ject to referendum, and shall take effect
live (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the
