A copy of this ordinance shall be affixed to and maintained with said Charter in the formal records of the City. Section 2. Effective Date. Amendment to the Bylaws of Edmonds Public Facilities District adding new Section 1.3 — Terms of Service — to remain consistent with the District's Charter.
