AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF ECC
8.6 4.06 PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY� AND SETTING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds offers On-street parking stalls on certaill
sides of 3" Ave� S between Walnut St. and Pine St, (currently no time limitations);
WHEREAS, based on the survey results from the property owners living on 3d
Ave. S from Walnut St to Pine St, 64% • them support the extension • the 3-hour parking
restriction from Walnut St. to Pine St along 3 d AVe� S; and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Downtown Parking Committee, tia
City Council finds that on-street parking on both sides of 3,d Ave. S between Walnut St� and Pine
