Ordinance 3884WHEREAS, after review and discussion, the City Council has determined a, .9ppropriate to amend Chapter 8.48 of the Edmonds City Code ("ECC") to revise the "Moving vehicle to avoid limit" and "Parking infraction penalties" provisions of that code section, NOW, r i r • I A • ! • t �• �. . Section 1. Section 8.48 of the ECC Parking is hereby amended to read as MIA 8.48.215 Parking infraction penalties. A. Any person who commits a parking infraction shall be assessed the following civil penalty, unless otherwise provided herein: 1. All parking • on public streets or • except as detailed in subsection (A)(2) of this section: $40.00; B, All persons who have committed a parking infraction and are issued a notice of infraction for a violation of subsection (A)(1) of this section shall be assessed a reduced fine of $20M for that violation if: I i it is their first violation� and 2.
