A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, TO ADOPT THE 2015 CITY OF
EDMONDS COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
PLAN AND DISASTER DEBRIS MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds has prepared a Comprehensive Emergency
Management Plan in accordance with RCW 38.52 and WAC 118-30; and
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds has also had prepared a Disaster Debris
Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City has submitted these plans to the Washington State Military
Department, Emergency Management Division for review and acceptance;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Comprehensive Emergency Management and Disaster Debris Management Plans are
hereby adopted pursuant to the requirements of RCW 38.52 and WAC 118-30, to be
effective immediately upon adoption, and to continue in full force and effect until
amended. Copies of such plans are attached hereto as Exhibits A and B, and incorporated
by this reference as fully as if herein set forth.
RESOLVED this 15th day of December, 2015.
