REPORTS -
A. Creative Programs
1. WOTS Update — Chapin gave a brief update regarding the WOTS schedule and presenters. Rose is
working on getting contracts sent out and drafting the brochure. EPIC has been asked how they
might want to participate as a sponsor for the conference and one suggestion was that they organize
Dine Arounds on Saturday after the reception.
2. Best Book Poster Contest — Muir picked up posters from the schools, and Saether and Rose returned
the posters not selected. Conefrey judged along with Sonnen from the School District. Rose will send
out an email regarding the dates for mounting and hanging the posters and Commissioner
participation at the reception.
3. Concerts — Chapin discussed the host schedule and will send out a revised version and instructions
for the concerts. Blair indicated several dates she can assist.
4. Tourism Promotion for 2017 —Chapin reported on the LTAC meeting and agreement that a joint
press release would be sent out. Commissioners discussed the press release and dates. If funding is
still unallocated in August a second round could be done again with a September deadline.
5. Retreat Minutes - Commissioners discussed the outcomes of the retreat and commended the
process. Discussion included the idea of diplomats for the arts, arts advocacy, and focus on action
and next steps. Chapin will email the Strategic Work Plan for review before the May meeting. The
revised Strategies document for CCP implementation and Minutes were discussed.

proposed and has requested a design including an additional family restroom.
