The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Melissa Johnson at 3:10pm

Staff Report
There will be no Veterans Memorial Tribute Program for the month of July.
Old Business
• Clarified Vouchers Payable for the board as well as a questioned US
Bank charge.
• Discussed whether to continue with our Satisfaction Survey and it was
decided that it provides good information to us; we will continue
New Business
Re -cap of the Walk Back in Time - all agreed that it went well. We had
approximately 50 attendees and got good feedback from them. A
huge thank you goes to Caitlin Kelly with the Edmonds Historical
Museum for her participation and help with the Walk. Melissa will
send her a `thank you' note in the mail.
We had two inquiries for board positions during the Walk - Peggy
Irwin and Joan Longstaf£ Melissa will follow up with them and invite
them to the August Board Meeting.
Dale Hoggins asks that we clarify with Carrie Hite as to whether a
prospective board member needs to be an Edmonds resident since
this has been a recent question within other Edmonds City Boards.
