Call to Order
Chairperson Melissa Johnson called the meeting to order at 4:15pm

Susan Cyr
Susan Cyr met with Cliff, Rich and the board members present to discuss the burial
of her son's ashes in the cemetery. Cliff and Rich were able to satisfactorily answer
her questions and grant her request for the way in which she wanted the ashes to be
buried.

Staff Report
Rich Lindsay reports that Cliff will have a seasonal employee from November 24 to
the end of January.
Cemetery Rules and Regulations are being reviewed and rewritten by Rich and Renee
McRae; will be presented to the board when completed.
The city code for the Cemetery Board is being rewritten and reviewed by the city
attorney and will be presented to the board when completed.

The board unanimously voted Peggy Irwin and Joan Longstaff to the
Cemetery Board, they will be recommended to the Mayor for confirmation.
Cemetery Board elections for 2015 officers - the board voted as follows:
Jerry Janacek Chairperson; Melissa Johnson and Dale Hoggins Co-chairs;
Peggy Irwin Secretary (Kelly/Hoggins)
Announcements
We will start Memorial Day planning in January. Melissa and Dale to update
the Memorial Day Spreadsheet for the January 15, 2015 meeting
There is no meeting in December.
