Meeting Minutes

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 4:03 pm
Members Present
Dale Hoggins, Melissa Johnson, Joan Longstaff and Peggy Irwin were present. Patrick Kelly and
Jerry Janacek were excused.
Staff Present

Approval of Minutes
There was not a quorum to approve the February, 2015 minutes so they will be reviewed at
the April meeting.

Chair's Report
1. We need to find one more board member.
2. Jerry procured name tags for Peggy and Joan.
3. Cliff continues to get great reviews on our customer satisfaction surveys.
Staff Report
Cliff brought up the subject of what insurance covers damage to headstones. We will pursue
that issue.
Rich reports that the street banners are done, and also the cemetery rules and regulations
are still in progress.
Old Business
The changes to the brochures for the Memorial Day ceremony were reviewed. Cynthia will do
a press release and invite dignitaries.
The theme for "Walk Back in Time" will be the 125t" anniversary of Edmonds history.
New Business
We were reminded by Cynthia that we should use our City issued email addresses for City
business.
