Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 4:03 pm by Melissa Johnson
Members Present
Dale Hoggins, Melissa Johnson, Joan Longstaff and Peggy Irwin were present. Jerry Janacek
was excused.

Approval of Minutes
There was not a quorum to approve the March, 2015 minutes so they will be reviewed at the
May meeting.

Chair's Report
Jerry is gone to a meeting in Eastern Washington, Melissa is running the meeting. Programs
are printed for the Memorial Day Ceremony
Staff Report
1. Rich delivered the banners today. Senior Center Health Fair is 10-2pm Friday, April 24.
We will be representing the Cemetery there. Rich reports that Susan Cyr was
contacted about the rules regarding "green burials."
2. Our rules regarding damaged monuments: we are not responsible for any damage for
any reason.
3. Rich will be preparing a sign under the Edmonds banner for our "Walk Back In Time"
which will honor past mayors.
4. Westgate Chapel volunteered to clean headstones on Saturday, 6/13/15
Old Business
Memorial Day, May 25 Discussion: May 4, all Board members to meet at 3 pm at Cemetery.
Melissa will be the contact person for any questions. Review of agenda for program was
discussed.
