Meeting Minutes

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:04 pm
Members Present: Dale Hoggins, Melissa Johnson, Joan Longstaff, Patrick Kelly, Jerry Janacek
and Peggy Irwin were present.
Staff Present: Rich Lindsay, Cliff Edwards was excused due to a funeral, but came later
Approval of Minutes: The March 19, 2015 and the April 16, 2015 minutes were approved

Chair's Report:
1. Discussion re: locating another board member.
2. Cemetery Board table cloth — Rich will talk to Cynthia about it
3. Board meeting on June 18t" will be held at City Hall in the Fourtner Room
Staff Report: No new financial report at this time.
Old Business:
1. Accolades to Dale for heading up the Memorial Day Ceremony planning.
2. Dale and Melissa reported on Memorial Day Ceremony and covered last minute details.
3. There will be a bell loaned to the City for the bell ceremony
4. Good job on the press releases for the Memorial Day Ceremony.
New Business:
1. Discussion of Cemetery Board Rules and Regulations
2. Dale assigned mayors to Board Members for July 16 Walk Back In Time
Announcements: Next month's meeting will be held at the Fourtner Room at City Hall.
