Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by Melissa Johnson at 4:00 pm
Members Present
Melissa Johnson was present. Jerry Janacek and Dale Hoggins had excused absences. Patrick
Kelly, Joan Longstaff, and Peggy Irwin had unexcused absences.

Financial Report:
• August report: Cemetery fund has a beginning cash balance of $132,144.11 and ending cash
balance of $125,195.76
• September report: Cemetery fund has a beginning cash balance of $125,195.76 and ending cash
balance of $128,199.11
• October report: Cemetery fund has a beginning cash balance of $128,199.11 and ending cash
balance of $128,478.91
Chair's Report:
• Melissa was running the meeting in Jerry's absence. Melissa and Cliff waited until 4:20
but no one else arrived, so the meeting was closed.
