Call to Order
Vice -Chair Melissa Johnson called the meeting to order at 4:02 pm

Approval of Minutes
• Motion by Joan Longstaff to approve March 17, 2016 and the August 20, 2015
meeting minutes, seconded by Peggy Irwin. Minutes approved.
Finance Report: See attached for February and March Cemetery Reports.
Chair Report:
• Reviewed Jerry's Cemetery Board presentation to the City Council.

Staff Report from Rich:
• Cliff Edwards has suggested changes to the Rules and Regulations, which will
be discussed at the next meeting when Jerry is present.
Old Business:
• Regarding Memorial Day planning, Dale reports
o Tatum Hopkins will deliver the Invocation
o The Cook monument has been prepared.
New Business:

• The Walk Back in Time theme is the American Civil War. Melissa will submit
advertising to the Craze and Splash. Caitlyn Kelly has volunteered to help
with the Walk Back in Time.
Announcements:
• Meetings will be held in Room 208 in the near future.
