Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 4:07 pm

Approval of Minutes
• Motion by Melissa Johnson to approve May 19, 2016, seconded by Peggy
Irwin. Minutes approved.

Staff Report from Rich:
• Arson at City Park.
• Financial Report was not available.
• Motion to renew membership to Edmonds Historical Society made by Joan
Longstaff, seconded by Melissa Johnson, and passed.
Old Business:
• Rules and Regulations are to be discussed at July meeting.
• Melissa Johnson will send thank you notes to all participants from the
Memorial Day Program.
New Business:

Walk Back in Time final meeting is July 5th at 10:00 am at the Museum.
Walk Back in Time will be July 215t at 1 pm. Members to meet at 12:30 at the
Cemetery. Rich will supply ice chests for the function. Peggy will provide
cookies and Melissa will provide water.
