Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 3:00 pm

Approval of Minutes
• Motion by Joan Longstaff to approve June 16, 2016, seconded by Dale
Hoggins. Minutes approved.
Finance Report: June Cemetery report was not yet available.
Chair Report:
• Betty Lou Gaeng will be considered as a new Board member. Board
approved unanimously to consider her application. Application form will be
sent to her to complete.
• The remaining Board meetings for 2016 are: August 18, September 15 and
November 20. They will all be held in Room 123 at the Frances Anderson
Center.
• Fund 130 has funds to complete some planned projects or stump removal.
We shall have a beautification donation box for next year's Walk Back In
Time. Options of who can make it will be investigated.
• Peggy will write thank you notes for Walk Back In Time.

Staff Report from Rich:

• Rich left as he was called away on emergency.
Old Business:
Rules and Regulations: One month delay to August meeting to allow enough
time to cover in detail. Members are to be well read on the current copy of
the rules and regulations for next meeting.
Walk Back in Time was great fun, the costumes and actors were great. Next
year we will be sure to provide shade or protection to speakers. We want to
thank the Driftwood Players who provided actors and costumes this year.
Others to thank include Katie Kelly, Historical Museum, Larry Vogel, Dick Van
Hollebeke, and special thanks to the kids from Faith Community Church,
Edmonds, for all their help.
New Business:
• We will create a volunteer list and thank them in November for their service.
