Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 4:08 pm

Approval of Minutes
• April 20, 2017 minutes were approved with two changes. Motion to approve
by Melissa Johnson, seconded by Betty Gaeng, approved.
Finance Report: No Finance report was available.
Chair Report:
• Jerry, Betty, Joan and Peggy will meet to plan Walk Back in Time event.
• June board meeting will be missed by Betty Gaeng and Jerry Janacek.
• June meeting will be at City Hall, room to be announced.

Old Business:
• Memorial Day Ceremony details were discussed.
• The Memorial Monument is delayed indefinitely due to lack of employees in
the Parks Department.
New Business:
• Meeting for Walk Back In Time will be for all Board members and volunteers
at 3 pm, June 5th at Bank of Washington. Chairs will be Joan Longstaff and
Betty Gaeng.
