Call to Order
Vice Chair Melissa Johnson called the meeting to order at 4:03 pm.

Approval of Minutes
May 18, 2017 minutes were approved with one correction. Motion to
approve by Melissa Johnson, seconded by Joan Longstaff, approved.
Finance Report: The March report was available and is attached.
Chair Report:
Melissa led a discussion with Kelly Sawyer introducing herself as a new
Board candidate.
Olivia Olson is allowing us to forward her winning essay to those who
request it.
Staff Report:
• Sexton report was provided and is attached.
• Rich reports that the mapping with the Western Washington University
students is continuing. They are working hard to update Cemetery records.
• Landscaping for the Memorial Monument might start after July 4tn.
