Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 4:06 pm.

Approval of Minutes
• February 15, 2018 minutes were approved without changes. Motion to
approve by Joan Longstaff, seconded by Betty Gaeng, approved.
Finance Report: The January report was available and is attached.
Chair Report:
• Improvements to the Cemetery will be considered next year.
Staff Report:
• Sexton's report was available and is attached.
• The monument has been placed.
• Carolyn Henry is moving forward with the bench.
• Rich will laminate some information regarding the monument for the
Memorial Day Ceremony.

• Jerry is working on publicity for the community.
• Jerry met with Mayor Earling.
• Memorial Day planning is continuing.

The guests made a presentation regarding their magazine and the Cemetery
advertising in it.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 pm by Jerry Janacek.
