Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

Approval of Minutes
• March 15, 2018 minutes were approved with changes. Motion to approve by
Betty Gaeng, seconded by Melissa, approved.
Finance Report: The February report was available and is attached.
Chair Report:
• Carolyn Henry was approved by City Council as a new Board Member, and is
welcomed.
• Tracy Little was introduced, she is interested in becoming a Board Member.
• Jerry made his annual report to Council
Staff Report:
• Sexton's report was available.
• Rich has hired a seasonal worker.
• Memorial Monument is in place and planting will be complete in two weeks.
• Mapping includes photos of gravesites by name, and next month inputting
will be done into Pontem.

Old Business:
• The location for Carolyn Henry's bench is being decided.
• Memorial Day planning was finalized.
• It was decided not to advertise in the Woodway Influence magazine at this
time. We will continue to advertise in the Beacon.
New Business:
• May 7 at 3pm is the last planning meeting before the Memorial Day
Cemetery.
• Walk Back in Time will be discussed at the next meeting.
