Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 4:03 pm.

Approval of Minutes
• November 2018 and January 2019 meeting minutes reviewed and approved.
Finance Report:
• No reports for November, December 2018 or January, February 2019. Jerry will
contact Rich Lindsay to see if the reports can be prepared for us for the March
Board meeting.
Chair Report:
• The Board was delighted to see Betty after her accident; she gave an update on her
status and due to the accident she and her family feel that it is best that she go to
live with her son in Alaska. It is with great sadness that she will be leaving the
area and the Board in the near future. In the meantime she plans to remain an
active board member for which we are very happy and grateful.
Carrie Hite sent her regrets that she had a time conflict to be able to be at our
meeting today; she has rescheduled for March.
The Satisfaction Survey was reviewed by the Board Members and approved, it will
go to Carrie Haslam for revision.

Old Business:
• New Memorial Day Spreadsheet was handed out; kudos to Tracy for producing it
and Carrie for copying it in a readable format for us.
• Discussed Memorial Day plans and handed out assignments. The next Planning
Meeting is on Monday March 4th at 3pm at the Bank of Washington in Edmonds.
Melissa will send out reminder emails.
• The Walk Back in Time planning discussion continued; still working on the
Edmonds School District teachers that we are going to cover and locating their
grave sites.
New Business:
• Marketing discussion for the Cemetery was moved to our March meeting.
Announcements:
Tracy will be in Hawaii and won't be able to attend the Memorial Day Planning
meeting.
