Approval of minutes
Josh Thomson moved and Jim Stevens seconded a motion to approve the minutes. Motion passed
unanimously.
Critical Areas
Rob Chave reported on the draft critical areas ordinance. There is a requirement that buildings be at
least 2 feet above the base flood level in acknowledgement of rising sea levels.
Comprehensive Plan
The plan was approved on July 21. A policy calling for zero waste is included as part of the Solid
Waste section.
Report on schools project
Continued until September
Third National Climate Assessment
Cynthia walked the group through the website that makes this assessment available to the public.
Subcommittee reports
