2. Approval of Agenda: The agenda approved by consensus.
3. Public Comment: None
4. Interview applicants for vacant commissioner position: Applicants chosen for interviews
are: Dean Olson, Sarah Mixson, and Sonia Gilman. Each applicant gave an overview of why
they want to be on commission and information about themselves. There was a question and
answer period of approximately 15 minutes for each applicant.
5. Potential appointment of new commissioner
After deliberation Dean Olson was chosen by consensus to fill the vacant commissioner
position. Potential confirmation by City Council on 2/28/17.
