2014-04-14 Edmonds Downtown Alliance (BID) AgendaBoard Members,
We would like to have a special board meeting on Monday April 14th at Sam at HDR.
The purpose of the board meeting will be to finalize direction and process for BID
brand/name prior to Annual Member meeting on April 30th. I realize that Kim, Paul, &
Cadence will just be returning from Spring break vacation but the board felt we needed
all the board members available for the decision on the BID brand and the process for
moving forward.
Pam will email out the presentation made at today's board meeting for everyone to look at
prior to the Monday meeting. Please be prepared with your decsion and vote on Monday.
If unavailable you can send me your vote or proxy to communicate to the board.

Time permitting we will also need to discuss the agenda for the annual meeting on April
30th, the slate for board members election, and committee reports.
