Call to order — 8:02 am
President's Report — Next meeting is same morning as the State of the City 2/9. Meet at 8AM for 20
minutes, the move as a group to the City meeting.
Need to update the job description and push it out to partners. Not looking to utilize Craig's List.
Revised language to clarify that position is average of 10 hours per week.
Nice thank you note from TedX.
Grant request coming from Cafe — Kimberly to follow up with Trish Feaster.
Correction to the minutes — name of the file corrected to year 2017.
Kiersten moves to approve the minutes with grammar and punctuation edits, Kimberly seconds. All
approved.
Janet Maples final December invoice will be reflected in 2016 but paid in 2017.
City Update (Cindi Cruz) - Parking committee trying to meet in next few weeks.
City Holiday Marketing recap to be sent to Kimberly/marketing committee. Numbers provided by
Goodway Group were positive for digital efforts.
