EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL
The Edmonds City Council will meet on Tuesday, July 9. 2019. This
notice is required because a meeting is held outside its regularly
scheduled date/time and/or place.
■ At 5:30 p.m., a meeting will be called to order in the Council
Chamber.
• The Council will then convene in the Jury Meeting Room in
executive session to discuss pending or potential litigation per
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). The executive session is closed to the
public and will last approximately 15 minutes.
• At approximately 5:45 p.m., the executive session will meet in
executive session to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant
for public employment per RCW 42.30.110(1)(g). This executive
session is closed to the public and will last approximately 75
minutes.
At approximately 6:55 p.m., the Council will reconvene in the
Council Chamber in open session for potential action to waive
the three interview rule (ECC 2.10.010) and/or take other action
related to the evaluation of the qualifications of applicants for
public employment.
