1. Orientations: We looked over agenda and decided who would speak at specific times
during the meeting. Carolyn will make a PowerPoint.
2. Host Families: At the time of the meeting, all the students and both chaperones have
been placed. We have received pictures of the group.
3. Itinerary: Went through itinerary and started assigning commissioners to activities
4. Welcome dinner: Michelle will bring decorations. Laura will do pictures. Every
commissioner should bring a dessert.
A. Gift bags: As of now we have donations from Rick Steves, My Edmonds News,
Swedish and our t-shirts.

1. Parade plans: Our students will be in the Edmonds 4ch of July parade. They will wear their t-shirts
and carry our banner. They will have candy to pass our.
