APPROVED MINUTES
April 4, 2013
The Edmonds Citizens' Tree Board Meeting was called to order at 6:05pm by Susan Paine in the Brackett
Room, 3 Floor City Hall, 121 51h Avenue North, Edmonds, WA.

Anna Heckman - excused
STAFF PRESENT:
Dave Timbrook - Edmonds Parks Dept.
1. ROLL CALL:
Susan Paine called the meeting to order All Board members were present with the exception of Anna
Heckman.
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Not reflected in the minutes
3. APPROVAL OF TREE BOARD MINUTES:
These minutes were approved during the May 2, 2013 Tree Board Meeting.

None
5. ARBOR DAY PLANNING:
a. Press release
b. Tree benefits tree tags
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
GIS Tree Mapping and grants
7. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Discussion about Arbor Day event on April 27 placing tree benefit tags on trees along Dayton St., Main
St., etc. Possible options for having a booth for the Edmonds Tree Board at the Spring Market
beginning with Saturday May 4.

With no further business, the Edmonds Citizens' Tree Board adjourned at 7:30 pm
