Please review the August and October meeting minutes and bring comments and/or corrections.
6) Discussion - (20 minutes)
• Recap Arbor Day Event October 17. Thanks to all who helped! Discuss future events and "template" with ideas for
how to plan for future events and get more people/groups involved. Discuss timing, planning, logistics.
• Tree City USA certification 2015—update from Julia.
7) New Business (60 minutes)
• Tree Board member input on what events/activities we should plan in the coming year.
• Julia: update on discussion w/ Shane Hope regarding progress on the Development Code rewrite and what
portions of the Tree Code will be incorporated. Definitions? Fines? Other?
• Steve: attended meeting with Edmonds Climate Protection Committee 11/5/15. Discussion of what types of
partnering may be desirable/possible in the future.
