The Edmonds Citizens' Tree Board Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Doug Petersen in the City
Council Chambers Jury Room.

3. Agenda was approved There were no audience comments
4. Meeting notes of May 3 were approved as corrected
5. Old business
Taming Bigfoot expenses of $78 were approved,
6.Update on upcoming events
a. Gail Lovell has 16 tree identification signs ready for Edmonds in Bloom Garden Tour
b. Barb Chase will purchase 75 trees for summer market give away in late September.She will also purchase one
small tree and one tall tree for a tree give away
.c. Suzanne will work on tree pamphlet and help Barbara choose give away trees.
d. In July Bill Phipps will work on putting informational signs on trees in the city center
7.Discussion of Tree Board mission statement postponed to July when Diane Buckshnis will be present
8. New Busines
a. Board will work with city to post Tree Board information on Facebook and web site
b. Consultant services: we will decide on what services we will need
c. Student representative: The position is for one year and rep may attend in summer.
In September rep may reapply
