2. APPOINT CIVIL SERVICE SECRETARY/CHIEF EXAMINER
a. Civil Service Rules Chapter 3
i. The Secretary and Chief Examiner, who need not be a resident of the City, shall
be appointed in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 10.25 ECC and shall
serve at the will of the Commission. At its discretion, the Commission may
utilize the services of the City's Human Resources staff.
